What is Migfarm's return policy?
Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt if eligible, Products that are eligible for return have the - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details.
Returns require notification before acceptance.
Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days after processing.

Eligibility Criteria by Category:

Electronics and Mobiles: Original packaging required, no signs of use.
Sports & Outdoors: Unused, original packaging required.
Toys & Games: Some items non-returnable; unused items only.
Grocery: Non-returnable.
Automotive: Original packaging required, unused items only.
Tools & Home Improvement: Original packaging required, unused items only.
Books: Unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Pet Supplies: Unused, original packaging required.
Stationery & Office Supplies: Original packaging required, unused items only.
General Conditions:

Mig farm reserves the right to reject returns not meeting guidelines.
Customers may not receive a refund if the product is ineligible.
Failed delivery attempts may result in liquidation if not claimed within 3 days

 

Shipping policy

 

The delivery is available in all regions of the United Arab Emirates. It usually takes 3-5 working days to process and deliver the order at your door. Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

And for orders outside of the United Arab Emirates, the import taxes, customs duties, and fees will be levied separately, depending upon the destination country. We cannot be sure of the charges at the time of purchase, as the custom policies vary from country to country. It will be charged once the order reaches the receiver’s country. Kindly consult your local customs office for further information.  will not be held responsible for any issue that may arise.

Note: The Return and refund policy is applicable only in UAE. For international orders, return of the product unless incorrect, damaged or faulty is not allowed.
